SAFETY PROGRAM

Designed around behavior modification, we work with the client to come up with "safe behaviors" that will be rewarded. In other words, safe behavior is rewarded in a manner fitting the specific guidelines of the program that we create.

LENGTH OF SERVICE PROGRAM

The purpose here is to recognize individuals for their years of service with the company. Typically, longevity or service award programs begin with either 3 years or 5 years of service and continue at 5 year increments. Often a program starts with 1 year of service due to a high level of turnover within that first year.

BRANDING / IDENTITY PROGRAMS

Devise a plan of action to create logo and identity awareness through exposure. Corporate image is never compromised in a well planned branding / identity program.

SALES INCENTIVE PROGRAMS

Increase the desire to make sales using this catalyst. It can be structured to focus on specific products or services, or a certain product line. Incentives stimulate results.

CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAMS

Loyalty programs are built over the course of time and rewarded over the course of time. An example of a loyalty program would be frequent flyer miles for a particular airline. The more you fly with them the closer you get to free airfare among other rewards. Companies of any size can do the same thing by rewarding their clients for continuing to buy their products or services over a period of time. The more they buy, the bigger the rewards can be.

WEARABLES PROGRAMS

Wearables programs consist of several different types of clothing with a company logo on them. They may be for specific events such as golf tournaments. Team building campaigns often include wearables for employees. When we say wearables, we mean shirts, jackets and caps. Today, wearables make up almost 30% of all promotional products sold in the industry.

EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION PROGRAMS

These types of programs are created to recognize employees for doing something the company wants them to do. It may be to recognize employees who haven't missed any work, employees that come up with good suggestions on how to do something better, employees that go the extra mile, or it may be as simple as a Happy Birthday gift given to them on their birthday. The goal of these programs is to reduce turnover and improve morale.

FREQUENT PURCHASE PROGRAMS

Purchase programs reward "buyers" for being a top purchaser over a period of time. This is great program to run for a 3 month span. During that time, if one of your buyers purchases (x) amount of goods, they will be rewarded with a special gift or acknowledgment.
